What is the BYOL (Build on Your Lot) process?
Our 6-step BYOL process includes: 1) Initial consultation, 2) Review plans and pricing, 3) Finalize financing and contract, 4) Pre-construction and construction, 5) Final walkthrough, and 6) Aftercare and warranty.
Do you offer financing assistance?
Yes, we partner with M&T Bank and other local lenders to help you secure construction-to-permanent financing. Our team guides you through the lending process.
What is the 2% co-broker commission?
G&H Homes offers a 2% co-broker commission to real estate agents who bring qualified buyers. This incentivizes agents to show our available homesites and communities.
